  • 1.  How do implement Intent switching in genesys voice bot

    Is there any way to switch intents/context in voicebots . For example, if voicebot is expecting to get a input for ask for slot for ongoing intent and I give second intent utterance as voice input. can we switch to the second intent and come back to first intent once the second intent is completed.

    Hello Ayan and welcome to the communtiy!

    I don't think what you are looking for is possible. As far as I am aware, once intent is set there is no resetting it without leaving the bot.

    Slots on the other hand, you can set, clear and re-set as much as you like. So I would take a look at slots.
