    Hello, I'd like to know how can I get audio media files from WhatsApp conversation in the Digital or Common flows ?
    I would like to create a flow where we are able to reuse that audio, but I am not able to find at least the audio URN/URL.

    One option is to use PureSocial to integrate your WhatsApp channel, so you have access to the audio and other resources you need.
