I am not able to see quality summary and transcript, just info "Data not available" and "The transcript exceeds the supported size limit. Contact support for assistance." What is the size limit? How to check transcript for such emails?

    There are several limitations on digital transcriptions listed here:  Limitations with a digital transcript - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  Didn't see something exactly matching your problem, but look through them and let us know.
