In a recording policy for Specific Users, is there a API available to pull the names of that policy?

    I want to export a list of the names/agents that belong to a recording policy located in Genesys QA admin/policies.  Is there a way to do this using a API call?  This is to keep track of who is being added or removed from that policy.

    Sorry Jean, but agents are not attached to policies normally - you usually record based on a queue or other parameters.  You can use the Recording API or CLI and filter for "forUser" then get the users in those policies, but it will be the GUID of the users, not their names.
