    Hello Haridass,

    I checked internally and I cannot say for certain what causes that error message to pop up. I would recommend reverting any configuration changes that you made and retesting to see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, you may need to capture some console and network logs and raise a case with Product Support. If you do, please let me know what the case number is so that I can monitor the issue internally.

    If you can reproduce it then you can use Developer Tools in the browser to look at the Console and Network logs for errors that might give you more info...or send them to Support as Jason suggests.
