I am inquiring about the possibility of increasing the number of available boxes on the real-time monitoring dashboards from 7x7 to 10x10. This enhancement would allow for a more comprehensive view of specific metrics in real-time on a single screen.

That looks like the old dashboard UI, have you tried the new dashboard UI that has Dynamic resizing of widgets: Dashboard UI updates

Thank you for your response. You are correct; this view is from the previous dashboard. The new dashboard format and background are challenging for all-day viewing. My team monitors four lines of business dashboards, and the white background with no adjustment feature strains their eyes. You can see the screenshot below. Do you know if the new dashboard will have any adjustment and filter features, as many clients have requested?

Development of Dark Mode/themes in Genesys Cloud is currently in development and will cover dark mode for dashboards.

@Robert Gacula - as Sam mentioned we are working on the feature to enable dark theme as an option for dashboards. Additionally, we are working on providing widget resizing and font size customizability features.

With widget resizing capability, the goal is to provide the flexibility to arrange the widgets according to the layout you prefer.
