Hi Charles and Jan! Thanks for letting me know about the documentation, we will have that updated shortly. Co-browse for Web Messaging is fully supported in web and mobile web browsers. As for enhancements, we have work underway right now to improve the Co-browse toolbar for both browser types. This will include a more standard "toolbar" design with a smaller footprint and the ability to drag and drop the toolbar anywhere on the screen.
If there are other mobile improvements you have in mind, i'd love to hear your ideas!

The documentation says it's support on desktop operating systems, while they did mention in the last Q&A video it works on mobile.
I asked the PM about it and he said there would be some improvements in the future.

Is it fully supported then and can we expect improvements for co-browse on mobile in the future?
Thanks for the reply.

Co-browse works on mobile as well, although the end user notification that co-browse is active currently takes up a pretty large part of the top screen on mobile.

Chrome for Android and Safari for iOS are supported for web messaging, but the co-browse requirements section only mentions desktop browsers. Is this an oversight or is co-browse not working on mobile?
Thanks
