    Looking to add Chat to existing Genesys Pure Cloud voice IVR 
    1. Would there need to be any technology upgrades (network/equipment)  to deploy a chat function?
    2. Would there need to be any technology upgrades (network/equipment)  to deploy a chat function?
    3. Is it compatible with any Fiserv customer verification software such as LinkLive?

    First, I would not use Chat, but look at the Messaging API's instead.  You should not need any hardware, but depending on what you are trying to accomplish, Fiserv will most likely need to establish the connection to the Authenticated Messaging API from LinkLive.  I would suggest you get Fiserv on the phone and discuss the options and if they are willing to use the Authenticated Messaging API to pass the member over to Genesys from their LinkLive.
