    Hi community 

    I am currently facing a situation where I need to provide the end-user with two chatbot options. One chatbot will be used to ask customers about the services they

    require, while the other chatbot will present them with the choice to either return to the main menu or switch to English language. I would greatly appreciate it if you could

    share any ideas or suggestions you may have regarding this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi,

    My idea is you can design something like a navigation bar/quick link/button for the back to the main & switch to English below your 7 services, then your customers can click them whenever they need.
