Is there any prerequisite for this exam : Genesys Cloud CX: Quality Management Certification or we can directly give this exam?
Hi Sumant - no, there is no official pre-requisite, but it is recommended that users complete the Genesys Cloud Certified Professional courses and the Geneys Cloud CX Quality Management course before attempting this certification exam. If you are an existing Genesys Cloud CX learning subscriber with Beyond, then access to all of these courses is included with your subscription!
