  • 1.  Is UUI Data Supported with BYOC Cloud?

    According to the Resource Center, User to User Information (UUI) support allows you to send data along with outbound calls as well as receive data from inbound calls. 

    The note in the Resource Center states that UUI is NOT supported when using PureCloud Voice. 

    Is UUI supported when using BYOC Cloud?

    Also, can someone confirm that both inbound AND outbound UUI is not supported with PureCloud Voice please?

    I reached out to Genesys regarding this item. They stated that BYOC Cloud will support UUI data - both sending and receiving.
