I hope someone can help me!
I have been asked to extract the last 18 months worth of call history into our platform, so that someone else can run some insights based on another set of data showing customer phone numbers who made a purchase within the same time frame. They want to be able to map these sales and the offices the customers have called internally over the same period.
I would usually use QlikView for such actions, trying to leverage an API or two however I just cant get it to work.
I need to see the original direction of the call, the date of the call (time is desirable) the customer phone number, the number they dialled, the queue name the call was offered to and/or the division if possible. This is across the whole platform.
If anyone has any suggestions to help me extract this data I would be very greatful! I have been working on this for two days with minimal improvements.
