  • 1.  Max length of a String variable in Genesys

    Hello! I'm new here.

    I'm working with a data action that ciphers a given string variable in a secure call flow. I'm afraid that the length of the string of that data action gives me could be longer than the string variables could handle. So is there any limit of characters that can manage the string variables or there are no limit for limit for that? I was searching for that information in the documentation but I found nothing about it.
