Quick update: this improvement has been rolled out, the Start new button is now anchored to bottom of UI and does not scroll with the transcript, so that primary action always remains visible to End-User.

Subject: Messenger UI Improvement > Anchored Non-scrollable "Start new" button
Hello Community: we are planning to release a small Messenger UI improvement to enhance UX. As of today, when the conversation has been disconnected, Messenger will offer a Start new button so that End-User may decide to start a new conversation eventually: this button is currently visible at bottom of Messenger's Conversation app, but we realize that it's currently subject to scrolling, therefore the button will disappear if End-User scroll back to older messages. We are now going to ensure button remains visible and anchored to bottom even across user scrolling, to ensure this action is always well visible to End-User. See animated GIF below, showing new behavior (notice Start new button stays anchored at bottom).
