  • 1.  New Navigation System and Information Architecture in Genesys Cloud

    Hi Team,

    I went through the presentation on this "New Navigation System" & now I'm looking for some answers for my questions for a Rollout Readiness Checklist, for e.g. - 

    🔧 Technical Preparation
    1. Confirmation on compatibility with existing integrations and custom workflows
    2. Test new navigation in sandbox (if available) or opt-in preview mode
    3. Ensure role-based access and permissions are unaffected
     
    đź“š Training & Communication
    1. To share Genesys-provided tutorials and walkthrough videos to a wider audience in my Organisation or for Customers.
    2. Any opt-in/opt-out options to users (if still available during transition)


    Any suggestions are welcome.

    Hi Ashiesh,

    I propose we continue this discussion under the following thread:
    👉 New Unified Navigation Experience Coming to Genesys Cloud

    Genesys releases new features-such as the unified navigation-only after we have ensured the right level of quality and compatibility. Role-based access and permissions (including the newly introduced opt-in permission) are also thoroughly tested.

    The behavior of the opt-in permission is described in detail in the thread linked above. It is important to note that customers may need to complete some preparatory steps ahead of Beta or GA, particularly if UI > All Permissions is enabled, since this automatically inherits the opt-in permission state.

    For additional details, including training materials and resource center documentation, please refer to the top-level link provided.
