Assisti ao webinar e posso dizer que vale muito a pena. O conteúdo cobre com bastante clareza como o Genesys Cloud tem evoluído a visão de agentes virtuais com mais inteligência nativa e como isso se conecta diretamente às métricas operacionais e de negócio.

Gostei especialmente da parte em que foram apresentados os diferentes tipos de agentes virtuais disponíveis hoje na plataforma e como as métricas podem ser expandidas para enxergar impacto real em jornada, experiência e eficiência.
