Have you pulled the .pcap for one of those outbound calls to see what the SIP messaging says (if there is one)? If no .pcap file...the call's probably not even reaching the trunk.
Can you dial *86 and get to the voicemail menu on the phones?
Check the protocols enabled on the phone trunk to make sure there is one compatible with the phone.
Also make sure the phones show the proper info for the SIP Server...if they cannot place outbound, it's probably the SIP Server setting on the phone (as opposed to the Registration Server...they might be able to Register and thus get inbound calls even without the proper SIP Server configured)

Has anyone had any success? We can get inbound calls only. We have worked with Customer Care as well but it's still not working. We are in the middle of our migration from Avaya and just have these devices left.
