Workforce Engagement Management

Hi,

We are having issues with some advisors who seem to be requesting leave in case they need it and then cancel it at short notice if they don't. This stops advisors who do really need that leave from getting it approved. This was a functionality that we had when using one of genesis's competitors (Verint) that wouldn't allow advisors to cancel there leave if it was within a week of the leave starting (like an opposite of the waitlist if x days before start to expire from waitlist function currently in Time-Off Plans). 

Do you know of anyway we could build such such a rule like that or is such functionality on the roadmap?
