  • 1.  Odd Behavior Opening Extensions from Phone Management

    Started seeing something very odd happening.

    In Admin>Phone Management, if i then click Extensions i end up here? Anyone else getting the same?

    Yes I am seeing the same odd behavior. However, when I click Extensions from the main Admin page, I do get to the correct Extensions page.

    Same thing here....if I click extensions from the Admin menu it works, but if I do it from the phone menu I end up in the Quality Admin Dashboard

    Hi, i logged a call about this last week. you are correct it appears to be fixed and the phone management layout has changed. Nothing about these changes in the app release notes. It is a bit like the wild west, exciting and full of bugs.
