We're currently using a Pre-Call rule on progressive and predictive campaigns that checks a column for specific data, say a boolean value, and when true, switch to Preview. We have to assume it works because we cannot locate anywhere in the reporting to indicate the outbound call type to show if it was dialed using Preview, Progressive, etc.
Is there anywhere in reporting to show this? We're also using Genesys A3S and the data does not show up there either. Help?
