  • 1.  Overlapping PTO Requests Notification

    Hi there,

    Is there a way for Genesys to tell me the name of the overlapping PTO request, rather than receiving a general message such as this:

    If I'm entering time off for 20+ agents manually (to show they're off Thanksgiving Day), I have to either open a 2nd Genesys session & do a side by side comparison of who I selected and who was already approved. Or, I would have to export the already approved PTO requests for that date and do a side by side comparison. 

    I think it would be a small win if it could say something a little more specific such as, Unable to save time-off request. The new request overlaps with an existing request on 11/28 for John Smith, Jane Doe, Jacquie Turner, etc..
