  • 1.  Parsing data fields from email Body into participant data

    Hi folks, First time posting,  working on email inbound flow , the email body will contain few data fields:

    How do I go about using architect block and email builder in expression mode to parse out these data fields?

    got regex expression:

    • ID: (\ID+)-(\ID+)
    • Queue: (.*)
    • AgentID:(.*)

    Greatly appreciated some direction and syntax example to archive the goal.

    Hello Kevin,

    Welcome to the Community! I believe you will need to switch from Literal Mode to Expression Mode. 

    From https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/switch-literal-expression-modes/

    By default, Architect presents call flow actions in literal mode. You can switch to expression mode, which allows you to enter simple expressions in the text box. You can also open the large expression editor, where you can enter more complex expressions.
