    Posted 25 days ago

This organization has setup a TF number that you can call but when dialing you add to the end of the 10-digits the numbers that appear on the pill you are trying to identify. Their system captures that information and automatically transfer the caller to an appropriate specialist for that specific opioid. I have a similar use-case that I would like to be able to leverage this capability.  Does anyone know:

    1. Which telecom providers support this type of dialing?
    2. Does GC have the ability to capture the additional numbers and pass them thru to architect to be able to use for decisions/reporting?

Any thoughts or insights are appreciated. I have also asked this question of my TF provider (AT&T) and it is working its way through their support org.

The helpline that uses opioid pill imprint codes as phone extensions, to connect those who struggle with those who managed to quit.

    Hello Marty,

I'm not sure that we have the ability to capture the additional numbers that a customer would dial. I do know that once they have dialed the 10 digit number, you could capture their DTMF inputs and transfer them using a Transfer to Number action. I would recommend taking a look at this Resource Center article.

I'm curious if anyone else in the Community has any ideas on how this could be accomplished.
