  • 1.  passing web messaging custom attributes to agent

    Greetings 

    I hope this message finds you well,

    I'm seeking for your help, we have configured and deployed our web messaging to receive some custom attributes from customer side and we got success in that 

    I'm now in charge of passing that information to Agent Scripter. So I went through threads that discussed those topics, but they were useless because there were no clear steps

    showing you how to leverage Those attributes during architect and pass it to agent, in any case, can I get your input on this?

    Pretty simple Mohannad,

    You need to use the Set Screen Pop tool under Flow to pass from the variables you got as script attributes.  In our Script, create the variables as input variables and save/publish the script.  Then these will show up as Input Variables in the Set Screen Pop Tool.  Here are some screen shots to help you.

    I got your point, what I'm struggling with is what parameter should I assign to those attributes, Kindly find the attached, as it contains our custom attributes which come with

    each web messaging interaction, My question is how I can use the incoming custom attributes from web messaging in architect what, in other language what is the

    parameter that is used to represent this data

    These can be captured using the Get Participant Data action for each key, you should add the variable name that will store its value then you can continue with the steps suggested by @Robert Wakefield-Carl
