I just wanted to clarify that the duration format enhancement included in https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARAR-I-1389 (into which ANLS-I-896 was merged) will allow a new format of seconds. This will be for exports only and will not cover existing performance views. Once this feature has been released, the formats available for duration columns in exports will be HH:MM:SS, seconds and milliseconds.

in Agent Performance, the times are not displayed in hours and minutes in the monthly view as soon as the time exceeds 24 hours, but only in days. Is there a way to adjust this? We currently have the workaround via export, but this is rather borderline in terms of handling and GDPR.
