    Is there a report we can pull on when an agent deselects their phone in PC. If so, can you provide steps on pull that?

    I don't see and API nor a good data analytics for this.  Best I could come up with is a notification on the user.{ID}.station and watch for it, but that would have to be on every user.

    David, this sounds a bit similar to the conversation in this thread. There were some workarounds mentioned there and also an Idea post that is now Under PM Review.
