    Hi,

    Is it possible to place a callback on IQF Flow at another queue different than the active queue ?

    By default, when creating callback, it will be placed on the active queue.

    No, you will need to transfer to the other queue first with an IQF that initiates the callback.

    Correct.  First create an In-queue flow that does the callback.  Now in the original IQF, create a transfer to ACD to the new queue and use that new IQF you created.

    Thank you, I got it now, it is easy to implemant without using the API and Purecloud Web Services to create the callback or any additional developpement.
