Regarding this matter, I have been instructed by the Japanese CSMJP@genesys.com (CSM) to post in the Community, as I have been told that a response will be provided by a Product Manager (PM) at Genesys in the U.S.
I am awaiting a response from the PM.
Is it true that Genesys currently has no specific rules regarding the timing of email notifications for "Media tier release notes"?
For example, is there not even a general guideline, such as "Email notifications will be sent during U.S. business hours from the day the release notes are published through the following Monday"?

My understanding is that if you register your email address using the "Subscribe" button in the upper right corner of the following site, you will receive an email notification when Media Tier release notes are published.

Please let me know the timing of these email notifications.
Examples:
・Late at night on the release date (around 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM JST), etc.
Here are the email notification times for the last few releases:
Published on March 5, 2026 ⇒ Monday, March 9 (the following week) at 10:39 PM JST
Published on January 28, 2026 ⇒ January 29 (the following day) at 1:04 AM JST
Published Nov 12, 2025 ⇒ Nov 12, 23:30 JST
Published Nov 5, 2025 ⇒ Nov 5, 23:33 JST
