Please let me know the date and time of the email notification for the "Media Tier Release Notes."

    A customer has asked for confirmation, so
    please let me know the date and time of the email notification for the "Media Tier Release Notes."

    My understanding is that if you register your email address using the "Subscribe" button in the upper right corner of the following site, you will receive an email notification when Media Tier release notes are published.

    Please let me know the timing of these email notifications.
    Examples:
    　・Late at night on the release date (around 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM JST), etc.

    Here are the email notification times for the last few releases:
    Published on March 5, 2026 ⇒ Monday, March 9 (the following week) at 10:39 PM JST
    Published on January 28, 2026 ⇒ January 29 (the following day) at 1:04 AM JST
    Published Nov 12, 2025 ⇒ Nov 12, 23:30 JST
    Published Nov 5, 2025 ⇒ Nov 5, 23:33 JST


    A customer has requested confirmation, so please let me know the timing of the "Media tier release notes" email notifications.

    Hello Atsushi,

    I don't believe there is a set time for the email to be sent, but the release notes are published two weeks prior to a planned update.  But as per the link you attached it does say "Note: Due to urgent fixes for security and stability, Genesys may push Edge updates and release Media Tier versions before a release note publishes." so sometimes a patch will be done prior to release notes becoming available.
