Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi

Approximately in July Facebook released the option to carry out the portability of customer lines to other providers, in this case I would like to know if Genesys already has this possibility available and if there is information on how this process would be since one of our customers is very interested in migrating to Genesys Cloud but cannot change his WhatsApp number.

We used an appfoundry partner Puresocial to do this, fully integrated into Genesys and a fantastic company to work with. I highly recommend them.
