We have a problem with emails overriding agent settings. Last week, a lot of our agents was offered mails instead of phone calls. We have tried a lot of "bug fixing" of our own. Including removing the "skills" regarding mail - and only designate phone skills to agents. But still, the agents are being offered mails when the are "on Q".
Anybody else having the same problems??
