Hi,
We had implemented PureCloud for Zendesk to screen pop ticket page and perform interaction logging after call end.
Anyone experience this issue as us where we were unable to perform "SAVE" to the Interaction Logging | Settings tab as below. After clicking on the "SAVE" button, there is nothing updated and after refreshing the page, the settings remain. Our objective is to unchecked the "Public Comments" and save on the setting to set the interaction logging that updated by PC to Zendesk to be non-public.
When we doing inspect elements, it shows error. Anyone have any idea and is this a PureCloud issue or Zendesk issue?
