    Beyond is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Quality Management course.

    The main updates include adding content on allowing disputes, updating the course based on the deprecation of the Overview (Evaluations) page, and including the agent and supervisor Evaluation views.

    Hi Melissa, 

    I have done the QM training on June 24th (and had some other after that), but I still need to do the QM certification exam.

    Is this exam also changed at this moment?

    Hi Henry, the QM Certification has not been updated yet to reflect the changes we mentioned above. Therefore, the certification questions should reflect the content you reviewed on June 24th.
