    Genesys Education is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Quality Management (QM) ILT course!
    The most significant update includes the Evaluation Dashboard now located under Performance, along with a new section on Enabling Disputes to support greater flexibility and transparency in evaluation processes.
    Additional updates include:
    • Refreshed screenshots and navigation throughout the course to match the new interface
    • A new "Dispute an Evaluation" lab and expanded Evaluation Form steps
    • Updated chapters and lab exercises reflecting the QM Activity Data view replacing previous dashboards. Learn more about this specific update in our Resource Center article.
    These enhancements ensure the course aligns with the latest UI and functionality, giving learners the most current view of Quality Management in Genesys Cloud.
