Our requirement is we want to place an outbound call in real time and the flow will be :
- Outbound call will be triggered to user having phone number X
- An existing Outbound call flow Y over IVR will be played to user while receiving call
- User's response will be processed by flow Y
Process 1 to 3 will be triggered simultaneously to multiple users/phone numbers
We did look outbound campaign APIs here & here We have following concerns :
- This is scheduled based and our requirement is real time . Although we can schedule on current time with some buffer but this looks unreliable.
- For every user we have to fire multiple APIs campaign, contactlists etc.. , can we have a single API which accept basic thing like : outbound call flow Id and number to be called.
Please suggest some better ways to handle such use case

It sounds like you're looking for an Agentless Campaign. Question about general PureCloud configuration and setup should be posted to the PureCloud Community Forum.
