    Please tell me how we can retrieve a recording that we listened to this morning and that was deleted afterwards.

    Hello Rihab,

    I do not believe there is a way to retrieve the recording.

    From https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/modify-recordings-archive-delete-date/

    Deleting a recording is irreversible.
