Hi All
I'm having trouble trying getting the Genesys Cloud & Edge Release notes through to my work email address.
I currently receive these on my gmail address, as we initially had an issue with the addresses not being white listed, the white listing issue has been resolved & my colleagues are receiving these - just not me.
As the subscription to these notes is not via a login process, I'm wondering if I'm being seen as a duplicated user or something.
I've tried to outsmart this by typing a different Org name, but still no success.
At the bottom of the release notes that come through to me gmail account I can manage my subscription there, but that only applies to that email address.
Anyone else have this issue? or have any suggestions on where to go or what to do.
