  • 1.  Remember the last selected queue

    Hi,

    Our Outbound teams would like to know if it's possible to dial numbers without having to enter the queue in the "On behalf of Queue" box; it's very repetitive. According to Genesys documentation (see below) there should be a setting that would automatically "remember the last selected queue". I don't see the setting. 

    Could anyone assist me with this?

    Which Client interface are you using? The graphic you posted specifically applies to the integration apps, not the standard web client or desktop app.

    Ok. So the UI you are using does not have that setting. The Resource Center page you reference above is for the PureCloud for Chrome Browser Extension, not the standard Chrome web login UI.

    Voted for the idea. This feature is available in Purecloud for Salesforce but not in other UIs.
