to test remote survivability,
I made it sure that “ACD queue have agents taking the call within last 2 hours. Or when you testing, your test user have ACD call assigned by the cloud within last 2 hours
But it didn’t work in that way. _it play in-queue waiting prompt, and no action._
purpose of this test is how to make CS center operate properly in case of internet disconnection.
I thought of using "failure path", but it also doesn't make sence because it has edge cache limitation" since there wouldn't be any interaction that taking failure path within 2 hours.
how can I resolve this problem?
