  • 1.  Removing Licenses

    No replies, thread closed.
    I have removed all Purecloud 2 roles that are assign to an Agent , so that they only have a communicate license  .

    When you search for that agent there still showing as having a purecloud 2 license .

    When does this license change appear on purecloud .?

    Hi Roisin,

    I asked around and here's what I learned...

    License changes should show immediately on the People page. To figure out which role (and specifically which permissions) is the cause of the user possessing a PureCloud 2 license, go to the Admin > People > Edit Person > View Permissions tab. A list of permissions and licenses assigned to the user can be found there.
