    Hi,

    I've read a few discussions from 2017 regarding this topic, but I want to know if the workarounds suggested are still needed.

    My Contact Center needs to update some campaigns in real-time; these campaigns also need to be re-sorted in real-time. I read in the documentation that the records are only sorted at the start or at recycle. Still, I also read somewhere in this forum that there was functionality in development for the resort in real-time.


    Is there any ETA for this new feature?

    In the meantime, the workaround suggested is to recycle the campaigns every few minutes. In this forum, I've found a solution to configure a rule that activates a Recycle action after X% of campaign progression. Is this action still recommended? What are the pros and cons of this compared to recycling via API? 

    Finally, what are the effects of the Recycling action in the campaign? Are the number of attempts reset on every run? I haven't found any information in the documentation regarding this. Still, I've been doing tests, and the number of attempts seems to be considered even after recycling. Can anyone in this forum confirm this, please? Also, is there a way to control the number of recycling not exceeding the limit of 5 seconds via Rule configuration? What happens to the campaign if there are too many recycling attempts in 5 seconds?
