    Hi Team,

    I am looking for an option to restrict user to edit or view personal details section.

    what is the possible way to restrict.

    I believe when the company directory is Division-aware, this will be possible, but for now it is view or not view.

    I don't want any user to edit profile unless having access.

    You can delete some of the fields if you don't want anyone to be able to use them: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/disable-fields-profile-configuration/

    Apart from that, I don't see a user permission to restrict for some people and not others.  The idea for that, is the common sharing of knowledge within a directory so that everyone has access to know each other.  If that is not desired, I would focus on removing fields so that no one would update them.
