Not sure if this is possible via Architech via In Queue Call Flow or API.
I have a request from a customer to retrieve the current SLA while customer is in Queue awaiting a agent.
if SLA is for example, =20%, waiting customers get offered a option for a Callback.
Response would be appreciated if this is possible or not
