    hi ,

    Just wondering if anyone can help, is there any/ setting way to update upon call disconnected, by default wrap up window selected to a particular wrap up, rather than showing "Select a wrapup code", as below.

    Expectation:

    The developer mainly focuses on questions related to APIs, SDKs etc. The Genesys Cloud Community Forum is a more appropriate place for general configuration questions.
