  • 1.  Scripts can no longer scroll around screen

    Anyone experiencing a change where you can't scroll (not really scrolling but moving around the screen) you can't move to the right of scripts.  we have multiple buttons on right hand script and agents can no longer get to them.  seems like the scripts are static size now.

    Hi Clayton,

    I am not aware of any changes to the scripts, do you know if your org has implemented the Multi Contextual Panels?

    In that case it might be worth asking in the Genesys Cloud - UI New Features Community if there is a way to fix it or if the scripts will need to be altered at all
