    Most dialers will allow extra characters beyond the phone number to automate navigation of IVRs as part of the dialer. We have a situation where we would like to dial a company and automatically enter our company code in the answering IVR.  I have created an external contact for the record that looks likes +18885551212,,,123 but when I try to conference or transfer to that external contact the dialer fails.  Has anyone been able to do this?

    I will submit an IdeasLab for it if no one has any other ideas for me to try.

    Try adding a "/" between the number and the post navigation. In PureConnect, this meant "wait for connection" and I'm not sure if it works in Genesys Cloud, but it's worth a try!
