Hello all - I need to mask some of my data in transcript. I tried few options which I knew but still it is not masked. Kindly assist.
- TURNED ON - Sensitive Data Redaction for Personal Information
- CHECKED - Mask phone numbers and email addresses
Even after enabling these options, I see the phone number and email address unmasked in the transcripts.
