  • 1.  Sensitive data masking in transcript - NOT WORKED after trying few options

    Hello all - I need to mask some of my data in transcript. I tried few options which I knew but still it is not masked. Kindly assist.

    • TURNED ON - Sensitive Data Redaction for Personal Information
    • CHECKED - Mask phone numbers and email addresses

    Even after enabling these options, I see the phone number and email address unmasked in the transcripts.

    Looks like your question was answered in your other thread  I have my transcript saved in Analytics Dashboard -> Interactions
