We are looking to gradually assign additional skills as the queue time progresses using the Set Skills action.
However we are noticing the we can either add one skill at a time or look for all skills. There doesnt seem to be an option to do an 'OR' allocation. Are we missing something here.
Example - What we expect: First 30 seconds, Target Skill1 Second 30 seconds, Target Skill 1 'OR' Skill 2
What is happening : First 30 seconds, Target Skill1 Second 30 seconds, Target Skill 1 'AND' Skill 2
I understand we have Skill expression groups now, but with that and Bullseye routing we are limited to 6 rings, we need to target upto 8 skills or rings if you will.

The developer mainly focuses on questions related to APIs, SDKs etc. The Genesys Cloud Community Forum is a more appropriate place for general configuration questions.
