Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello Community,

I come to you, with the hope that someone can help me with this matter.

We bought Purecloud licenses, concurrent one, the one you can share with other agents.

My questions are, we have an outsourcing company, who works on the late shift when here is closed, how can I set up and divide on the statistics, who is who?

Do I need to create new users or one user can be let's say, divided into 2 ??

Or what can I do?

I would create two different users and report on them individually.  With the concurrent license, It allows both to consume the same license but you are only charged for the single one.  There is a period of time (about 30 minutes) when you can have both of them logged in at the same time.  Click here for information on this billing:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/faq/what-defines-a-billable-concurrent-user-for-purecloud-contact-center-services/

You will have to apply the roles that give them standard agent licenses.  The type of license you have is determined by the contract you have with Genesys.
