    What is the SLA time for the recovery of a recording that has been archived in Genesys Cloud?

    Depends on size of file and how long it has been in their.  I have seen a 5 minute call take an hour and another to take 10 or 20 minutes.

    No SLA stated, just this:  

    • Interactions in long-term storage can take several hours to restore.
