    Hi there, I have a customer who is really keen to push some boundaries in relation to the transcription data that is available via the API from Genesys Cloud.  They have extracted the data but now wish to parse/convert this into a 'business format' for some of their executive to review in their Dashboards (which they have used Power BI to create).  Their issue is when trying to download the URL - it's really, really slow.  Is there another method that anyone has used to achieve a really 'executive user' friendly dashboard?  Thanks.
